RP Home offers Independent Living in the Vista Apartments (The Vista) and at The Upper Rooms. Both housing options are designed to give residents all the comforts of home as well as access to support and services as needed.

Vista
RP Home offers older adults the autonomy and privacy of living in an apartment while having have access to supportive services. These include a full calendar of scheduled activities, laundry facilities, internet access, a cafe and much more.
Our stylish, low-maintenance apartments were designed for seniors who want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of living in a community designed exclusively for them without the commitment of home ownership.
The nine Vista apartments are located on the top floor of our campus apartment building, just one floor away from our relaxing rooftop deck and garden. A building walkway also directly connects to RP Home's main building where you can enjoy our recreation room and beauty/barber shop.
The Upper Rooms
When the home that served you well through all those years becomes more of a burden than a comfort, it is time to choose a smarter way to live.
The Upper Rooms, a 26-unit apartment building attached by an enclosed walkway to RP Home, is a new concept in senior living.
Residents have access to a number of services on campus; including a community room with internet access, laundry facilities, a convenience shop and beauty and barber services. A rooftop deck is available for gardening and relaxation.
The Upper Rooms are available to people 62 years or older or who are mobility impaired, and who qualify for housing assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Tenants must qualify according to HUD income guidelines.
