Medical
Full-time staff members are eligible to elect one of two medical plans through Highmark with coverage to begin the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Full-time staff who decline coverage and provide proof of insurance annually will receive an opt out bonus of $100 per month. Your coverage includes access to Telemedicine.
Dental and Vision
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for dental coverage through a United Concordia HMO dental plan and/or vision coverage through Highmark and Davis Vision the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Account
You may contribute up to $2,750/year on a pre-tax basis to a medical flexible spending account and up to $5,000/year on a pre-tax basis to a dependent day care flexible spending account.
Voluntary Coverage
Short-Term Disability, Accident, Cancer Care, and Life Insurance Coverage is available via payroll deduction through Colonial Life.
Retirement 403(b)
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to contribute to our retirement program from day one of employment. Currently there is no employer match.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
RP Home provides tuition reimbursement up to $1,200 per fiscal year for full-time employees and up $900 to per fiscal year for part-time employees, after six months of service.

All RP Home employees are eligible for services through Back on Track, Employee Assistance Program
Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) will be used for any scheduled time taken off from work (vacation, holidays, illness or emergencies). PTO for holidays is earned each time a paid holiday occurs (part-time staff are paid the holiday benefit based on the average hours worked in a 2 week period). The remainder of PTO time is earned for each hour worked.
Full-time and part-time employees in the first year of employment (with no prior experience) earn .019 hours of PTO for each hour worked (for 75 hours in a two week period this is 1.43 hours of PTO). After one year of service, this increases to .038 hours of PTO for each hour worked to reflect two weeks of vacation (for 75 hours in a two week period this is 2.85 hours of PTO) . After five years of service, this increases to .058 hours of PTO for each hour worked to reflect an increase to three weeks of vacation (for 75 hours in a two week period this is 4.35 hours of PTO).
Credit Union
All employees of RP Home have the opportunity to join the Omega Federal Credit Union. The credit union provides many great services such as checking and savings accounts, home loans, car loans, etc.
Free Parking
RP Home provides free parking for all employees in a parking lot as well as on the streets surrounding the RP Home.
