The Upper Rooms at RP Home

Designed for those who want all the comforts of home along with your privacy and independence, the Upper Rooms provide convenience, community and support. The unique 26-unit apartment building is attached by an enclosed walkway to the RP Home where amenities abound.

The apartments are equipped with an emergency call system and smoke detectors. While living in the Upper Rooms, you will enjoy our smoke-free environment with 24-hour appliance maintenance, free off-street parking and a security-controlled entry door system. Each apartment has emergency pull cords linked to 911, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

Residents have access to a number of services on campus; including a community room with internet access, laundry facilities, a convenience shop and beauty and barber services. A rooftop deck is available for gardening and relaxation.

Our community enjoys weekly transportation for shopping, and a PAT bus stops on the nearby corner of Perrysville and Burgess Streets. A service coordinator can help connect our residents with these on-site services and those that are available off-campus.

The Upper Rooms are available to individuals 62-years of age or older or who are mobility impaired, and who qualify for housing assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
