Vista at RP Home

RP Home offers older adults the autonomy and privacy of living in an apartment while providing access to convenience, community and support services.

Our stylish, low-maintenance apartments were designed for seniors who want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of living in a community designed exclusively for them without the commitment of home ownership. In addition, our housekeeping staff will clean your apartment monthly and change your sheets weekly.

As a resident of Independent Living you can enjoy direct indoor access to our main building allowing you to participate in multiple recreational, social, educational and spiritual activities with other residents from across the campus.

The nine Vista apartments are located on the top floor of our campus apartment building. You have the choice to enter these apartments as a part of our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or as a straight monthly lease.

As a resident of our Continuing Care Retirement Community, you have priority access to the other levels of care on our campus should you need them at any time during your residency.

As a resident of the Vista apartments on a monthly lease, priority admission to certain levels of care on campus is given to those who are a part of CCRC. Also, individuals on a monthly lease may incur additional fees for services (such as meals, housekeeping and laundry).
